This is Legends...coming at you with what's happening this weekend!
Here's a weekend that needs no introduction...

It's a weekend so packed and stellar that we don't
need a funny or witty string of sentences at the
beginning.
No "Top Ten" reasons why you should come out - the
events speak for themselves.
No clever paragraph explaining how everything ties
together.
No need to have a "teaser" at the beginning to
entice
you to read on (not that you read them
anyway).
There's really no reason to even keep writi...

            M.O.B.B.

            Thursday, April 6 @ 10pm

Rooted in New Orleans jazz, this campus band is
probably the most unique around. The band is
comprised of everything from trombones and tubas to
guitars and keyboards. You'll hear some souped-up
covers with funky twists, you'll hear some fun
originals, you'll hear some of the best music this
campus has to offer. If these tunes don't get your
bones a movin', there's probably little hope for you.

M.O.B.B. has been sitting a little low this year -- this
is one of your only chances to hear them live. Don't
miss out on this special treat!

            Bob Schneider

            Saturday, April 8 @ 10pm

Bob Schneider's musical approach is a little bit
singer/songwriter, a whole lot of bits and pieces of
funk, country, rock, and folk.

Bob's scruffy good looks and strong, husky voice
provide a good complement to his semi-confessional
songwriting. His music is redolent of
singer/songwriters of the '70s from Neil Young to Paul
Simon, with a slightly more modern musical sensibility
reminiscent of Beck. Schneider has a knack for
creating pleasant adult-alternative music with edgy
lyrics about alienation, drug addiction, and lost
romance.

From the minute you hear this Austin-based
artist you'll know exactly why he's so popular. His
melodies are contagious, his lyrics are fascinating,
and his (2 hour straight) live show is full not only
great music but stories and hilarity.
