Jennifer Lothrigel specializes in healing blockages (mental, physical, emotional and spiritual) and reclaiming wholeness for women using spiritual, somatic and creative practices.  She is a certified Holistic Life Coach, Holistic Health Practitioner, Expressive Arts Practitioner, Master Herbalist, Clinical Nutritionist, Aromatherapist, Reiki Master and Shamanic practitioner. Jennifer was a presenter at this past year's conference.

Women's History you have never been taught

Women's history is not taught in schools or universities, meaning each woman has to learn her history on her own or not at all. This Teleclass will discuss how women's history has been lost, some important facts like the Peking man is actually the Peking woman, and rewrite some of the women back into history that have made a difference in all of our lives. This course, hoped to be the first of many, will focus on how the history was lost, the importance of spirituality and healing for ancient women, as well as accomplishments of women in the arts. Suggestions and exercises will be designed to help participants re-find and re-store this history. The course facilitator will also give suggestions on resources of Women's History and creative ways to learn about women's history.

Kathleen M. Bishop, Ph.D. is a Gerontologist with a specialty in aging in people with disabilities, women, and environmental design. She has presented over 15 years on-line  and over 30 years of traditional classroom teaching. Her passion is women's history, she presents frequently on topics related to women's history. She is also a published author of 'Whistling up the Wind" and is currently writing a book 'Reclaiming women's lives through diaries and letters.'

Divine Nourishment / Cook Your Way Into Your Soul

Mary Lane has been a professional chef for over 30 years. She has flown the world as a high end chef, catered numerous spiritual and health retreats and been a full time student of nature for 20 years. She is the author of the book Divine Nourishment, a Woman's Sacred Journey with Food and draws upon her own extraordinary journey to support women to transform the self rejection hidden in the shadows to self care, honor and love.

Celebrating Spirit in Community with Plants

Julie Charette Nunn, Crow's Daughter, offers this 3-session exploration in  shamanic herbalism with simple practices in listening, connecting and collaborating with plants.  The ancient ways of deep listening will be offered through shamanic exercises, stories, writing assignments, spending time in nature and herbl crafting.  Lessons will take place in your home, in your yard, and in your surrounding community.  This course is seasonal in nature and will express the unique dance of each month's energy.  When you complete this course, you will see the world of plants through different eyes.

Julie Charette Nunn, Crow's Daughter, joyfully teaches wise woman ways through weekly and residential shamanic herbal apprenticeships, classes and one-to-one teachings at her farm on Whidbey Island and around the Puget Sound area in Washington State.  She has had a lifelong relationship with the plants of the Pacific Northwest and has been teaching for over 25 years.  Among her wise teachers are the common plants, the compassionate ones.  This online course offered through Women of Wisdom will lead into other online classes that Julie will offer through her website, www.crowsdaughter.com.

The ego will always seek to gain strength from your weakness-stay vigilant and mindful.... 

ARIES -JOY...and why not? Much can be gained by consolidating the tasks that lie before you. Pay close attention to events in your environment. You can gain more by listening to your intuition rather than mind. Feel out the larger picture. Understand that there are forces afoot that will promote shifts in how you respond to others. Look at some activities that can get you out in nature and avoid getting into polarization with others or offering narrow responses to events. Be mindful to be careful of aggressive tactics and instead practice expressing more love. If you feel at any time disconnected then there is something going on between your head and your heart. Send out a silent request for cosmic help and watch what happens.  Move forward into the next level of development and deepen your realizations so as to make things more potent. Clarify, connect and confidence-are key words for you! 

TAURUS -GUIDANCE...and hearing your truth is the task before you now. Do not seek to quiet inner stirrings but realize they are the seeds to birth new desires. You have passed through some important times so gather your energies to prepare for new growth. Old forms in your life are to be blasted away and open the door to challenge yourself. Approach the present with innocence and realizing you need to grow. How you can best give yourself a boost is to allow yourself to get back in touch with others. Play and open up more, getting more in tune with your deeper desires. Pay attention to when and how you avoid closer interactions with others. Seek to merge with those that you feel a nudge about. Discuss more openly things that express your values and experience. Conversely, do not tune out those who may not hold the same views. Your efforts to protect, consolidate, nurture and play will pay off with benefits and in unexpected ways. 

GEMINI -FULFILLMENT...is a concept that you best think about it. Recognize the importance of desire and clarify yours by writing them down. You are at the beginning of a new upward climb.  Remind yourself of the battles of your past and dust off your sword as you cleave away things, duties, tasks, routines and habits you have now outgrown.   Be open and upfront with both your strengths and weaknesses. As you pick up the sword paradoxically you are asked to also lay it down, in the form of surrender to what is to come. Be prepared to begin to move past your old growth limits and be open to taking new risks. The inner wisdom you now seek will be more accessible to you than ever, particularly as you experience August and beyond. Understand that you have built links to the past and like a well they hold water that is deep and sustaining. Make sure your rope is strong as you prepare to dig deep to access deeper areas within you. Follow this path with perseverance, openness, discipline and responsibility. This will then build trust and inner self -confidence. Your desire will code your movement and what you value shall keep your course steady.
