Question: Why is vitamin D so important? Can it help someone who already has MS?

2 ANSWERS: Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin most famous for its role, along with calcium, in bone density. It is actually a full answer from a Nutritionist's response, Baldwin Sanders, MS, LD, RDN

A celebration of ski history, racing and traditions is coming back to Beaver Creek. So dust off the old skis and sign up for the vintage ski race on April 7th, 2012. Join the competition or stop by as a spectator.

Make sure to wear your vintage gear from any era and you'll be eligible for costume prizes! All race and contest participants will be entered into a drawing for great raffle prizes!
