Greetings!
The first 2013 XTS rolled off the truck on June 18th, ushering in a new era of design and performance for the Cadillac brand and marking the official end of our XTS-timate contest with its 22 winners. I invite you to join us on July 12th from 5pm - 7pm for refreshments and an up close look at the new XTS...maybe even a test drive. In the meantime, I wanted to share our sales associates' first impressions of the XTS: Dave P: "You can't help but notice the interior lighting immediately. Opening the door is like the start of a Broadway show...you just get this feeling that something great is about to happen". Patricia F: "The ride is purely European luxury sedan" Jeff G: "As sophisticated as CUE is, it's that simple. We can totally customize the experience according to each client's preferences". Kenny S: "The speakers in the headrests surround you in top quality sound...you won't believe your ears". Willy W: "You just have to see it ...no, you just have to FEEL it!" As you can tell, we can't wait to introduce you to the new XTS. Call or stop in to see it for yourself. Regards, Tom McDonough General Manager |

| At Your Service | The importance of properly inflated tires
The safety of your loved ones is riding on your tires and it's vital never to underestimate the importance of keeping them properly inflated. Extreme temperatures can adversely affect your tires as well so, particularly during the heat of the summer, be vigilant. Low air pressure causes erratic wear and is the #1 cause of tire failure while properly inflated tires extend tire casing life, resulting in less overheating and fewer blowouts. Low tire pressure increases required braking distance and dramatically affects steering and handling.
In addition to safety considerations, there are great savings relative to keeping your tires properly inflated. The Tire Maintenance Council reports that tires running 10% under-inflated lose to to 16% of their tread life. Tires under-inflated by 30% lost up 10% fuel economy. The average time wasted on the highway due to a flat tire is 3-4 hours. Roadside repairs cost an average of $400+. Properly inflated tires preserve casings, resulting in the ability to increase retreads.
All Cadillac models are available with a tire inflation kit to help handle roadside emergencies. The kit includes a liquid tire sealant and a compressor that can be used to temporarily seal punctures up to 1/4 inch in the tread area of the tire. This temporary solution can provide you with up to 100 miles of driving but it is recommended to take a the tire to an authorized dealer for inspection and repair as soon as possible. The compressor is also convenient for inflating an underinflated tire.
Ensure your vehicle is operating at peak performance this summer with a Free Inspection. Let our skilled technicians check your A/C performance, inspect all belts and hoses, check the condition of your brakes, air filter and fluid levels. | Celebrity Roundup | Stars and their cars...
For the biggest stars of cinema's golden age, success meant a multi-million Hollywood Hills mansion, a luxury Manhatten apartment - and a brand-new Cadillac. The classic cars became a symbol of success bought by the rich and famous - from American Presidents to Elvis Presley. But it was also the car of choice for many film stars - and a remarkable archive of photos uncovered in America shows how some of the biggest names went personally to the factory to collect their Cadillacs.
