Due out this summer, the long awaited ATS is the darling of last week's Detroit Auto Show.  Designed to compete with the BMW 3 Series and Mercedes-Benz C-class, we hear that it will "handily outpower them both".

As with any great new innovation, the first time you use it, you'll wonder how you ever lived without it. Never truer than for CUE, which stands for Cadillac User Experience, the new infotainment system which can be pre-ordered on the STX and will be widely available in 2013. Watch it in action, but we caution you, this video may evoke an unbearable sense of longing.

iPhone-istas may have SIRI but Cadillac owners have long enjoyed similar benefits with OnStar, which now comes to your iPhone or Android device with RemoteLink.  Start your car (and warm it up!) from the train, activate your horn and lights in the mall parking lot, access real-time vehicle data, even have turn by turn directions waiting for you in your vehicle before your next trip.

We don't recommend using your iPhone while driving, unless it's hands free, but we found this nifty gizmo to conveniently mount it anywhere ...even the bathroom mirror!

So, now that you've got your technology dialed in, the only thing missing from your morning commute is the java.  Here's a list of travel mugs that measure up to the Cadillac experience.  Or, even better, treat yourself to a beautiful, stainless steel tumbler sporting the Cadillac logo from our Boutique.

 

Your safety is our first priority and we're proud to share that the SRX and CTS (wagon and sedan) received a five-star crash test rating from the National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration. But, better than protecting you in the event of an accident is preventing the accident altogether and here, Cadillac's Regional Sales and Marketing Manager, David Fitzwater, discusses the many safety features available.

Where safety's concerned, we've always got your little ones in mind.  Did you know that many states are changing their car seat laws?  And, as any parent knows, a refresher on car seat guidelines is always helpful. A study by Safe Kids USA found that the majority of car seats are installed incorrectly, reducing their effectiveness. For peace of mind, why not find the closest state inspection facility and have the experts take a look?
