Who's Going to Write the Proposal?
Call on MTSC to Assist Your Proposal Team
The Federal budget crisis and challenging economic conditions have led many companies to "tighten their belts" resulting in personnel reductions. These challenges and resulting actions will have a definite impact on the capability to properly staff a Capture and Proposal effort.
MTSC is ready to help fill any gaps in personnel and capability for your next Capture and Proposal effort. Please contact us to discuss your support requirements. |

Price-To-Win (PTW)
MTSC Will Help You Zero In On A Winning Price
Have you lost a capture effort solely due to price?
Could you have bid a little lower and won the contract?
Was your pricing effort performed without a PTW analysis?
If you answered "yes" to any or all of the above, you may want to reconsider your pricing process and include a PTW analysis. Determining a winning price has always been important but with declining Federal budgets, pricing will become even more critical as companies reconsider profit margins to win Government contracts. MTSC has Pricing SMEs to assist you with a PTW effort, preparation of a Cost/Price Proposal Volume, and/or participate in a Pricing Review.
MTSC also offers PTW training. Our training can help you analyze and predict competitor pricing to support your capture/proposal efforts and help you zero in on your competitive price. The training objectives include:
· Understand the role of competitive assessment within business development process · Understand ethical practices of competitive intelligence data gathering · Understand the purpose and objectives of a PTW Analysis · Identify and harvest pricing-specific competitive intelligence data sources · Build mathematical models to analyze pricing-specific competitive intelligence data to support new business development efforts · Coordinate and consolidate the results of a PTW Analysis · Prepare and present management-level briefings of PTW Analysis results |
