MTSC is a Woman-Owned Small Business

It is hard to believe that Spring is here...Winter "flew by" and MTSC's Associates are ready to tackle your Capture and Proposal support requirements.  This issue of the MTSC Quarterly Update briefly discusses the need for Subject Matter Experts and MTSC's SME capability, provides resume highlights on two new Associates and highlights MTSC Proposal Shredout capability.

Subject Matter Experts (SME)

How well do you know the customer and their needs?
Are you a member of your customer's professional organization? Do you attend the right tradeshows and conferences?
How often do you talk to the customer about their needs?
Have you been able to meet face-to-face with the customer?
Do you understand the customer's preferences and "Hot Buttons"?
Do you fully understand the solicitation requirements?
Are you prepared and capable of executing the contract?

These questions and more are critical to your bid/no bid decisions and if you cannot answer "yes" to these questions, you might want to consider the services of a SME. A SME can provide you with an objective look at your potential capture effort and your companies capability to support/win the program, explain the customer's requirements and needs, "open doors" for critical customer meetings, support Black Hat efforts and gate reviews, participate in the proposal development effort, and assist with start up after you WIN the Government contract.

Check out MTSC's SME Areas of Expertise and military platform experience.  Consult with MTSC on your upcoming capture effort and if we do not have a SME, we can seek out the right SME to support your efforts.
