 Freeport Yoga Company's Grand Opening will be on Saturday, January 7th, 2012 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The Greater Freeport Chamber will host the ribbon cutting ceremony at 10:50 AM (10 minutes before 11 AM.)
Freeport Yoga Company offers a wide array of yoga classes suitable for all levels and abilities. The schedule of classes includes Power Flow, Slow Flow, Flow Beyond (intermediate), Deep Stretch, Yoga for Athletes and Restorative. Yoga for Kids and Yoga for Knitters are just a few of the specialty classes offered.

Coffee By Design has been named one of the Top Ten Coolest independent coffee shops in the nation by a Zagat Survey.
Originally started in Portland, Coffee By Design can now be found in 4 locations including in the L.L.Bean retail store here in Freeport.

L.L.Bean Boots Are Fashionable!! |

Thanks in part to a swing toward retro trend, L.L.Bean boots have become very popular on college campuses not only because they are very practical but also fashionable. So much so that sales have grown from 150,000 pairs four year ago to 400,000 in 2011 and are expected to top 500,000 pairs this year.
The L.L.Bean boot is one of the few boots that are still manufactured in the U.S. They come in a variety of styles and types. Bright blue and pink leather will be the colors available this spring.
125 new full-time employees will be hired by the company to keep pace with the demand. |

Mom's Munchies will be moving into 491 US Route One (the old Prep Kitchen location) next week. Owner Betty Crush produces gluten free and dairy free products.
