However, at this busy time of year, with all the distractions of shopping, cooking and celebrating, it's especially important not to overlook the importance of fire prevention and the safety of our families...

Quick Tip: Never Burn Wrapping Paper!

Holiday wrapping paper should never be burned in a fireplace. Many types of gift wrap contain toxic chemicals which are harmful to breathe and could potentially cause an explosion. These chemicals also create a dangerous build-up in your chimney which can easily start a fire that spreads to the rest of your home.

Pre-Offer Inspection
Our Pre-Offer Inspection service is for Buyers who want to get a heads-up before putting in an offer. It is not a full inspection but entails inspecting the house during a walk-through with the buyer to point out some initial possible defects and to ask the listing agent questions regarding some of the household's major systems.

This inspection is strongly recommended when there is a possibility for multiple offers. We are also available for phone consultations at any time.
