From everyone at Bonjour, a happy, healthy and hungry new year!

Thanks for the best holiday season since before the great depression.   Chef Gerard and his sister Martine created more than 150 buche de noel, not to mention all those other delectable goodies we hope you enjoyed this season.  Martine is back in France, tired but happy that she could once again, help her petit "brozzer."

A note to strawberry shortcake lovers...in a word, the strawberries are merde!  Heavy rains have decimated the California berry crop and we are having great difficulty finding  strawberries that meet our standard of quality.  So, check with the shop before ordering.  You might consider a mixed fruit shortcake - that can be a tasty atlternative.
