Thanksgiving is Chef Gerard Billebault's Favorite Holiday!

When Gerard immigrated to the United States his very first holiday meal in America was Thanksgiving and ever since it has remained his favorite holiday.  We always spend the day at our daughter's home surrounded by our extended (state side) family and friends, and Gerard is always given carving duty. He pulls out his trusty electric knife (he swears it gives the cleanest cuts) and carves the bird with surgical precision. Our turkey platter is always a thing of beauty.

This year at Bonjour we will be creating a delicious menu of classic desserts with fabulous French flair as well as savories to enhance your Thanksgiving holiday.
