Elevating Hopper Feeder (Model 2500)

Forged Gear Blanks are fed from a random loaded, floor mounted hopper, Blanks are elevated from hopper via a cleated belt and oriented with face select orientation in a continuous, diameter-to-diameter stream. An air-operated, escapement device releases one blank at a time onto a horizontal conveyor with hub down for gantry pick-off by an OKUMA Dual Spindle CNC Lathe. Watch video.
