Appraisal Firewall UCDP Release Information for Appraisers

Throughout this whirlwind of appraisal regulation changes that have recently taken effect, Appraisal Firewall has been well prepared to keep you compliant in advance of the regulation deadlines. While we have provided the ability to upload and retrieve UAD XML for some time now, Appraisal Firewall is now pleased to announce the Production release of its direct UCDP connection!

Starting Thursday afternoon, November 10^th, 2011, lenders will be able to submit completed appraisal reports directly to UCDP via the Appraisal Firewall platform.

We encourage you to aid your lenders in submitting to UCDP by providing UAD XML. Although you can upload PDF or XML files to Appraisal Firewall, Appraisal Firewall will prompt you to supply UAD XML whenever possible. This prompt will appear on the Deliver Report window.
