Arthritis Awareness month aims to help people become aware of the issues involved with arthritis. There are more than 100 types of arthritis and unfortunately, there is no know cure, however there are many treatment options.

 

Dr. Adam Cote is an orthopedic surgeon who is experienced in total joint replacement. A procedure many arthritis patients will undergo. Mark you calendars for the 7th annual Kids' Health & Safety Day! This free event will be held Saturday, June 2 at the Carson City-Crystal High School Complex from 10 a.m. to noon. Booths to be featured are toy safety, anti-bullying, dangerous drug look-a-likes, internet safety, safety seat checks and many more. There will be giveaways and a drawing for a youth bicycle!
