Greetings!
Seasons Greetings! We would like to thank all of our customers who trusted us with their projects during 2011 and our past customers. We value your business and have come to know many of you well as we worked together on your homes.
The McClurg Team has a tradition of "giving back" to the Central New York community. Currently, we are working with Syracuse Fire Fighters to renovate the home of one of their own - Dave Johnson who gave 35 years of service to the community.
Dave and his wife, Diana, are parents of 17 children, 3 "home grown" and 14 "adopted". In their 3 bedroom, two bath ranch they also created a home for 12 foster children. As you can imagine, the entire house has experienced a lot of "wear and tear" over the years. Currently 10 people reside there. Dave's health has declined recently and his son, Andrew, is waging a battle with Crohn's Disease. The family cannot afford to do the needed modifications on their own.
We hope to renovate the home in early spring 2012 but need donations of money and supplies as well as a corps of volunteers. If you would like to help, please visit the "Johnson Family Home Project" on Facebook or call Scott McClurg at 673-4305 ext. 103.
