Any changes to the regular Casa schedule (when brought to our attention) will be detailed in the latest news section of the website. Also we will circulate notification to those registered with the Friends of the Casa.
It has been confirmed that Joao will again travel to the Omega Institute New York from Sept 27th to 30th this year but at this point in time we are not aware of any additional trips outside of Brazil or any interruption to the normal Casa schedule.

Herbs ...
Grainne sent us this photo, "taken in Jana's house in Sydney just a few months back. Jana was cured of Motor Neuron disease at the Casa a few years back. I kid you not ...... She had just taken her herbs left them on the counter & they began to spin & stopped upright just like this .... I'm serious. This is not trick photography."
Jana said about the photo "Initially upon tossing the bottle (was full with herbs) on the kitchen bench it started spinning like "for ever". I was watching it in disbelief & then it came to a complete stop on its side. For 2 days it remained in the same position with the cat constantly walking around it, I was cooking & you know a busy time in the kitchen. A friend of mine uses that same pic as a screen saver"

Ambassador of Peace

A few weeks ago there was a bicycle with a small trailer displaying flags from all over the world, just sitting in the car park at the Casa de Dom Ignacio. I was introduced to the owner of the vehicle a smiling Furtemba Sherpa. He is originally from a small village in Nepal called Sankuesabha. Describing himself as a global citizen, he has been cycling around the world since 2006 for the majestic cause of `World Peace & Environment Protection'.

Having a fairly good command of the English language he produced newspaper cuttings & photos from the 46 countries he has already visited. His goal is to visit a total of 150 countries before 2020. I was very taken by his easy manner & the simplicity of his message. Here was a pure generous spirit, willing to carry the mantel of peace & awareness of the destruction we are wreaking on Mother Nature. I was humbled & honored to be acquainted with such a brave soul.
Furtemba went in the first time line at the Casa to seek the Entity's help with an ache in his back sustained as he cycled around Brazil. He was prescribed 1 box of herbal medicine & the Entity reassured him that he would be aided on his journey. Grinning from ear to ear, he nodded in recognition of the divine power surrounding him & being of Buddhist nature was delighted to welcome the help of unseen forces in a world bent on devastation.
After posing for a few photos, the strong wiry legs peddled off to the luxury of a pousada to rest up before embarking on the grueling journey to the Paraguay borders more than a thousand mile away. So keep a look out for this amazing spirited ambassador. Who knows he may just wheel up to your door one of these fine days. A shining example of all that is good in a world drunk with power & greed.

Kind Gestures

The medicine of the Casa is called Passiflora or Passionflower in English & to the human eye it is a mild harmless sedative. Each capsule is highly energized for individuals needs. They are a very powerful healing force.
Medium Joao in Entity regularly recommends these herbs to those who present themselves in the lines. Those who have surgeries always receive herbs including surrogate surgeries. (This is when someone stands in for and represents another person in the surgery room at the time of the operations). When a photo is presented for distant healing it is usual that passionflower is prescribed.
The Brazilian postal system is renowned for having problems permitting these herbs to leave the country. This is an obstacle for those of us living in Abadiania who have presented photos, purchased the herbal remedies & need to have them delivered to the recipients all over the world.
How do we get the medicine to those who need it? We rely on the good will of others when leaving Abadiania to take the herbs & mail them within the country of the recipients.
To those who have already done this we extend our heartfelt gratitude. This is a great way of serving our brothers & sisters all over the globe. In these days of excess luggage charges it can be challenging. However the herbs are not heavy. There are those of us who pack the herbs in rolls, labelled, ready to be mailed & willing to proffer the mail charges.
If you are approached while in Abadiania & asked to mail these passionflower herbs in your country, please try to accommodate the request in some way. It means a lot.
We need to trust that the Entities are protecting & guiding us. Helping each other with these small gestures creates a powerful vibration of love that connects us all as one global family. Practice random acts of kindness & senseless beauty.
Who knows some day you may need the help of a messenger from the Casa de Dom Ignacio!

Casa Crystal Beds Around the World
Those of you who have been to the Casa will be familiar with the Crystal bed - the Entity regularly 'prescribes' sessions on the bed to help supplement the healing process. There are eight crystal beds located in buildings adjacent to the main Casa building. Each bed has 7 quartz crystals suspended above the bed which align with and correspond to the 7 chakras of the human body. A session consists of lying on the bed for approximately 20 minutes while listening to soothing music. The crystals radiate color to the respective chakras to cleanse them and to balance their energies. The Entity may prescribe crystal-bed therapy for you, or you may choose to have a therapeutic session on your own.
On our website we provide a list of individuals who were given special permission from the Entity to purchase one of these crystal beds, thereby enabling them to offer these unique treatment sessions at home. It is a great honour and I too, feel very humble to have been given permission by the Entities to operate my Crystal Light Bed and as far as I know, I am the only one operating in the Blue Mountains. One of my clients, a healer herself, told me that she wanted to go to Abadiania but did not have the funds and that John of God had visited her in a dream and told her that it was not necessary to go. She did not think she had anything wrong with her but she was very excited when I opened my healing practice and in the very first session she felt a mass being lifted out of her lower abdomen. She has had another two treatments and has felt which we might say would be 'post operative' healing work in the lower abdomen. She is now very well and full of energy. Another client has felt 'work' being done on her throat.
I recommend three treatments to achieve the ultimate mental clarity, emotional stability and well-being. My clients are reporting back to me and are extremely pleased with the results.

I had the wonderful opportunity to travel to Abadiania last June and July 2009. I did not know why I was called to go but soon was to find out once I arrived in the beautiful energy. It was the most beautiful spiritual journey so far in my life and I am so excited to be arriving again on March 22 this year. Just 4 weeks to go, just 4 weeks to the magical journey. I am also excited to be bringing along two of my clients that visit my Healing Centre here in Wagga Wagga Australia. This will be their first time outside of their homeland and what a journey to choose for this first time. I was given the wonderful blessing from John of God last year and told that I needed to take a bed back to this area of Australia as it was needed in this region.

After hearing about the healer John of God from a "60 Minutes" program, I was blessed with the opportunity to travel to Brazil in 2007. It was a life changing experience for me and I now return regularly. I received permission to bring home a crystal bed to offer healing in Canada, and have also been approved as an official Guide to bring others to see John of God.
My background in the travel business has been invaluable, and I know it was all in preparation to be of service to others. I also do a variety of healing energy modalities while at home and trust I am being guided to assist others in their healing journeys.
