As a result of my March e-tip, I heard from a past client who has come up with a similar idea that she has implemented in her home. With her permission I would like to share it with all of you. She has a notebook which she calls her Phone log. In this log is a record of all information that is given in a phone conversation that requires any type of follow up on your part. For instance, here is what you may want to record, the date and time you called, the person you spoke to, any numbers they may have forward you to, and the department the person is in. If you do have to leave a message, record that too. This is a great tool to have if you are presented with trouble resolving an issue. When all details are cleared up and taken care of, you can cross it off. Now doesn't that feel good! Way to go Linda, Thanks for passing this on and allowing me to share this with everyone else. If you have a time saving tip or organizing idea, please let me know.
I'm always learning too.
