Postcard and Online Outreach Campaign Launched

The past week this adorable little "fruitcake" boy has been introduced to the area by direct mail postcard, online advertising on Fox 11's website, and a banner on the front of our building.
We also have additional postcards for you to grab and hand out to friends, co-workers, neighbors - anyone who will be touched by hearing the messages of joy and love here at New Hope.
We hope to see many new faces over the next few months - be sure to give them a warm welcome!

New Hope Featured On Global Missions Website
| New Hope and our partner church in Russe, Bulgaria are not only leading the way in using the internet and social media to strengthen our connection with each other across the ocean, but we are also helping other United Methodist churches around the world learn about the tools we use. We were recently interviewed by Mary Beth Coudal for an online article that was published on the General Board of Global Ministries website.

The Journey - Walking the Road to Bethlehem is an Advent Study for all ages from adult to children. Even if you haven't been able to attend the earlier classes, you are still able to join in.

New Hope Gift Cards "To Go" Now Available!
| Thanks to the generosity of a few families here at New Hope, we are now able to carry a small inventory of gift cards. This means you are able to purchase and have the cards immediately available to take with you. This week we have cards for the following businesses:

- Fleet Farm
- Copps
- Festival Foods
- Piggly Wiggly
- Woodmans
The Gift Card Program is New Hope's largest fundraiser through the rebates paid to New Hope by the stores. Every time you buy cards you are helping New Hope at NO EXTRA COST to you - it's a win-win!
We are also in need of additional help on Sunday mornings to collect and distribute the orders. Please let us know if you are able to help in this way. |

Mission of the Month - Food for the Holidays

For the month of December we will be collecting food for the local food pantry. In addition to the extra holiday needs, they are always in short supply of the basics including cereal, peanut butter, canned foods, toilet paper and personal hygiene products. Just bring your items to church with you, put them under the big Christmas tree in the Celebration Center and we'll make sure they are delivered.
