"Scrip Tip" When ordering online and you see a * (asterisk) it indicates an arrangement with a local vendor vs. a regional one. If there are two with the same name, this also means you should select the one with the * since it gives a larger rebate than the regional selection. So if in doubt...choose the one with the *.

Greetings!
This is going to be a busy weekend. Thanks to last weekend's snow storm, we'll be packing two weeks worth of activity into one weekend. Lots of fun ways we are celebrating Jesus' birth at New Hope!
My office is filling with Angel tree gifts as we prepare to deliver them later this week. Food boxes stuffed with cereal, canned goods, peanut butter & jelly, baking items and yummy treats. Beautifully wrapped packages with clothes and "fun stuff" for kids, moms and families. Gasoline cards to make a trip to the pumps easier on the wallet. You have such generous and warm hearts; thank you friends here at New Hope!
See you Sunday, I'll save you a seat, but come early I know all your friends will be here! Patti

Plan on Celebrating Christmas Eve with our Bulgarian Partners
| 9:00 a.m. in Green Bay
Our partner church in Russe, Bulgaria will be sharing their Christmas Eve worship service with us live via the internet at 9:00 in the morning on December 24th. Bulgaria is 8 hours ahead of Green Bay and that makes it difficult for us to share a typical morning worship with them as we are normally sound asleep at that time! So it's a great opportunity for us to join their evening worship service to celebrate the birth of our Lord. Pastor Daniel Topalski's sermon, based on Luke 2:1-20, will be translated ahead of time for us, so we'll be hearing the same message they are receiving. Be here at New Hope on Friday, the 24th at 9:00 a.m. - take a break from the holiday rush, have a cup of coffee, a cookie, and experience worship in another language.

Taste & See Women's Group to Study Angels
| |
New study on Angels begins January 5th Wed. mornings 9:30-11:00.
What - or who - are angels? Where did they come from, and what is their purpose? What is their relationship to us as human beings? These studies explore the numerous Bible passages that reveal the services these heavenly beings perform, the part they play in spiritual warfare, and how they differ from other beings in God's created order. Includes penetrating questions that generate discussion and an emphasis on daily application of Bible truth.
All women are welcome!
