Greetings!
We are happy to launch the Scrip program here at New Hope! The revenues generated from this "no selling" fundraiser will be used to support the programs and ministries here at New Hope Church.
This informational piece will explain how the program works and tell you how to set up an account for your family so you can easily place orders.
Orders can be placed online via the internet or in person on Sunday mornings for those who do not have access to the internet. Paid orders that we receive on or before noon on Tuesday will be available for you to pick up at church the next Sunday. Orders can be paid for online via an ACH withdrawal from your bank account or by check at the church. (Note: If you order online and choose to pay directly to the church by check or cash, the payment must be here by noon on Tuesday so we can release the order.)
Our volunteers will be available between 10:00 and 10:30 every Sunday morning for you to pick up your orders.

| The Scrip Program from A-Z |  A GREAT way to support the ministries and programing at New Hope!
What Is Scrip? Scrip is a term that means "substitute money". When you purchase scrip, you're purchasing negotiable gift certificates and prepaid cards that are used just like cash. You can use scrip to purchase everyday expenses like gas, food, clothing, and other essentials, and with every purchase, you earn revenue for New Hope's programs and ministry. How scrip generates revenue for you The Great Lakes Scrip Center acts on behalf of churches, schools and other non-profit organizations to purchase large amounts of scrip from gas stations, restaurants, department stores, and other retailers. Because the scrip is purchased with cash up front, the participating retailers offer a substantial discount. The church buys the scrip from Great Lakes Scrip Center at a discount, and re-sells the certificates to families like yours for full face value. The discount - from two to fifteen percent or more - is our church's revenue which we will use to support our programming and ministry right here at New Hope. This is a GREAT way for you to support our church!
Scrip is a popular fundraiser because families don't have to sell anything. Organization members produce revenue by making regular household purchases they would make anyway. Groceries, clothing, toys, gifts, even gasoline can be purchased with scrip.

Getting Started With ShopWithScrip.com
ShopWithScrip.com is the online ordering system that our organization will use to gather your scrip orders. This site offers you convenience - you can now order scrip from any internet-connected computer at home, school, or office.
Who Can Use ShopWithScrip?
Any family can use ShopWithScrip - however, to place orders, you have to create a free account at ShopWithScrip.com.
How to Register
To register with ShopWithScrip, first open up your web browser, and go to www.shopwithscrip.com or click on any of the links in this ENews. To register a new account, go to the green Family Sign Up box on the left side, and click "Create Account". Follow the simple registration instructions and accept the terms and conditions of using the site. Select two challenge questions and provide answers. These answers will be required if you forget your password. They are case-sensitive. Before you can place an order, you must enter our organization's enrollment code, listed below. By associating this code with your newly created account, the ShopWithScrip system will correlate your shopping activity with our non-profit organization.
Using ShopWithScrip.com
You can manage your account through the Family Home page. To access this, click "My Account," at the top of any page. From here, you can check your account activity, change your profile and password, add, remove, and modify organizations you belong to and read coordinator and site announcements.
You can also run your own order and rebate histories and view or print any ScripNow! eCards that you've previously ordered. |

Q: If I have questions, who do I contact?
A: You can email your questions to: scrip@newhopedepere.com or callthe church office at 920-964-0143.
Q: Do the gift cards expire?
A: No, they do not expire. The only exception to this is the VISA card which has a balance that declines over time. It is explained on the website when you are selecting this card for your shopping cart.
