Greetings!
The print version of our monthly newsletter should be hitting your mailboxes today. Pastor Greg's column is about being "friendly" vs. "friend-y" and is a great reminder of how nice it is to have friendly people ready to welcome you at church; not just at the front door, but all through out the morning.
Fun awaits us this holiday weekend as we celebrate the independence of our country. Pastor Greg's message is about peace, so I'll see you on Sunday morning... it may be the only "peace" you'll get this weekend. (Ha!)

Our T-Shirt Won 1st Place!
| It's Not Too Late To Order One Our entry into Bellin Run's Corporate Challenge t-shirt competition won first place! It was a great pooling of talent as the confirmation class came up with a bible verse that tied into the theme of this year's challenge, and based on their ideas Katy Gertz whipped it into a jazzy design for our New Hope team to wear. We even won a first place medal! Cool, huh?

If you'd like your own award winning t-shirt, It's not too late to order one. The order forms are on the refreshment table and are due back by Monday afternoon, July 19th. The cost is only $15 each.

2030s at Farmers Market
| Wednesday, July 7th and July 21st at 6:30 p.m.
Young adults meet us at the entrance of Titletown Brewing at 6:30 on the first and third
Wednesdays of the month (Note: this is a correction!) to walk the Farmer's Market on Broadway Street
in Green Bay. We'll "oogle" the seasonal fare of vegetable and fruit
goodness, check out the crafts of local artisans and perhaps share a
bite to eat. |

VBS Planning Meeting Wednesday, July 7th

All who are interested joining the planning team for Bible Boot Camp - VBS 2010 are invited to attend an planning meeting on Wednesday, July 7th at 6:30 p.m. in room105. We'll be brainstorming and divvy out the responsibilities. All members of the Children & Youth Leadership Team are expected to attend; if you are unable to attend, contact the church office to let us know. See you there!

Connecting Couples To Have Mega-Mini Fun!
| Sunday, July 25th at 6:00 p.m.
The Connecting Couples group will meet Sunday, July 25th
at 6:00 p.m. at Kastle
Park for an evening of
Mega-Mini Golf and Go-Kart action. Group
rates and packages are available so cost will depend on how many people
attend.
Note: If you are in need of childcare,
please contact the church office and we will connect you with youth in the
church that are willing to provide care for your children.

Bay Beach Amusement Park
on North Irwin Avenue.
