We limit our e-news to twice a month because we understand that emails can be annoying. However, we have SO MUCH going on in our community! Come learn valuable winter training and safety tips for comfortable Winter Running! Meet our coaches, ask questions, and have fun.
Special guest star for the evening will be Gloria West, Race Director our goal race, the Seroogy's 5K or 15K from Midwest Sports Events.
