Fox Cities Half-Marathon Training Begins Tomorrow!

Be The Movement
Half marathon training group (cost $50)
Not sure if this program is for you? Join us FREE tomorrow at 7 AM at Plamann Park in Appleton for our first workout (6 miles, ALL paces welcome) and then decide. This 12-week program group will meet at Plamann Park and work toward the Fox Cities half marathon on Sept 18. Running a different race? Coaches can work with you to adjust your training.

No Boundaries 5K training group (cost $85)
Designed for beginners and re-entry runners and run/walkers, we'll get you from the couch to walking/running a 5K in 10 weeks.

- The Appleton program will meet at the Fox Valley Tech Campus and starts Tuesday July 12, training for the Time Warner Cable 5K (Fox Cities Marathon Wkend) Sept 17.
- The Oshkosh program will meet downtown Oshkosh (near the City Center) and starts Thursday, July 21, training for the Dragon Boat 5K (Oshkosh Fall Fest) Sept 24.

FREE Monthly Seminar: Interval/Speed Workouts | | Wednesday, July 6 @ 6:30 PM in the Store
There are many reasons to incorporate interval training and speed into your workouts. Done correctly you will increase your overall running speed, form and strength by increasing your leg turnover and becoming more physiologically efficient. Speed work also teaches your lungs to produce oxygen more efficiently. Translation: Run faster for longer!!
Join us Wednesday, July 6 for our Monthly Seminar Series to learn more about how to improve your race times or want to incorporate speed workouts into your fitness program.
