We think it's great! And we plan to be here every step of the way. We want you to keep up the hard work.

Pub Runs Began this Month! | | |
Warm Up Belly-First After Your Workout
 Reflective Gear-Off to the nearly 30 of you that joined us last night for our first Pub Run. A fundraiser for The Lesedi Project and The Trina Fund, we raised several hundred dollars that will go directly to those two charities.
Miss the fun? Join us the last Tuesday of every month at 6:00 PM for an evening run/walk and then stick around for some fun!
Three, four, five, and six miles routes available. All paces and levels welcome. Next Pub Run: Tuesday, November 30! BRING A FRIEND! |

Just Act Natural, 129 E College Avenue in downtown Appleton, hosts our Fun Runs!
Grab a friend and meet other runners/walkers at 6:00PM weekly on Tuesdays (the last Tuesday of the month we will be at Stone Cellar for a Pub Run). - Two, three, and four-mile routes available
- Log your miles, stay motivated by meeting others w/ similar fitness goals
- Stick around downtown for dinner and some post-run socializing

Pacesetter's Monthly Meeting Starts at 6:30 PM
The very active local club for runner ans walkers has their monthly meeting tonight at The Wave, 2350 N Casaloma Drive in Appleton.
Doors Open 6:30 PM, a speaker from Racer Against Childhood Cancer is at 7:15 PM. Come meet your friends or someone new to the fitness community.
