Every day our world is full of energy and excitement as our team works one-on-one with each customer to make sure your fitness needs are met. Whether beginning a walking program or training for another marathon, the thrill of updates as you progress towards your goals is never lost on us.
Congratulations to the many Fox Valley residents that completed the 2010 Wisconsin Ironman and best of luck to the thousands that will participate in the Fox Cities Marathon this weekend!
A special shout out goes to participants of our Fall 2010 No Boundaries program, many of whom will complete their first 5K tomorrow, Saturday, Sept 18.
Marathoners, and half-marathoners, we'll be on the look-out for you at our "CrazyTown" Gel Station in Jefferson Park, Menasha. Need a place to cheer your friends and family on? Join us!

Lead by the passionate Coach Jay Harris, this group of dynamos is always looking to grow!

At Just Act Natural, 129 E College Avenue in downtown Appleton.
