Greetings!
Teachable moments are all around us if we are open to them. It's what drives many of you to run and re-run the same distance with the goal of setting a new PR (personal record) or to recognize a habit that needs to be modified to improve your health.
As a new local business in the community, we are continually looking for ways to recognize and capitalize on teachable moments. With each customer, we strive to provide the best FIT and customer experience possible for everyone that comes through our doors.
But it's not something we can do alone; we need to hear from you.
Our new partnership with Systino, a customer survey company that allows us to request feedback, is another way to make sure that we "hear and see" what our customers are experiencing when they are a part of our store. Thank you to those of you who have responded about your recent shopping experience and thank you in advance to those who respond in the future! We truly are listening. And responding.
If you would like to see ALL our feedback, visit our Fleet Feet Sports Fox Valley Facebook page and click on the Systino Reviews tab.
Thank you for all your support!
Cheers!
