Dear Friends of CAC,

Here it is, fall already! So far this year you have helped CAC provide for 950 visits a month to the food pantry, give clothes to 250 individuals a month and help 85 families a month with emergency financial assistance. You helped us give children school supplies, summer camp experiences and summer lunches. Meanwhile, our annual benefit, the Vintage Affair is soon on November 5 (hope to see you there!) and our holiday program to help local families is about to kick off. Thank you to all of our volunteers, donors, groups and sponsors who make all of this possible for our neighbors in need.

In Service,

Tamara Carrera

Temple Sinai Food Drive Fills Pantryfood

On Saturday, October 8, the members of Temple Sinai in Sandy Springs celebrated Yom Kippur with a food drive for CAC. They filled two truck loads and unloaded 550 bags of food at the CAC Food Pantry, refilling the almost empty shelves. This large annual food drive helps restock the CAC pantry at a time when donations are very much needed.
