The Carefree Fine Art & Wine Festival is March 4-6. View the work of more than 175 juried fine artists from around the world. Enjoy a fine wine tasting, live musical entertainment, and more! On March 9 from 6-9 p.m., Carefree Station is hosting a wine tasting featuring Artisan Estate Vineyards. Food pairings will accompany a variety of selections: - Venge White

- Freeman Pinot Noir
- Von Strasser Cabernet Sauvignon
- Schulz Zinfandel

Valentine's Weekend | |
Valentine's Day is only two weeks away! Spend a romantic evening at Carefree Station dining indoors by one of our fireplaces or cozying up in the climate controlled atrium.
In addition to our regular menu, we'll be serving some special appetizers, entrées and desserts February 11-14, including:
- Jerk scallops: Coconut panna cotta, mango puree and cinnamon toast ($14.95).
- Supreme Oscar: All natural double breast of chicken, served with fingerling potatoes, seasonal vegetables, jumbo lump crab, and Béarnaise sauce ($33).
- Surf 'n' Turf: 5 oz. petite filet, fried hollandaise sauce, pancetta wrapped scallop and jumbo shrimp ($39).
- Rose water panna cotta, served with an assortment of decadent truffles, including white chocolate pop rocks ($12).

Need to fuel a little passion into your love life this Valentine's Day? Stop in to Carefree Station this month for Passion's Potion, a seductive cocktail featuring muddled raspberries, agave nectar, lime juice, lavender water, and Square One Botanical, an organic spirit. The concoction is served in a dark chocolate rimmed martini glass and garnished with fresh raspberries.

New Lunch Menu | |
We recently introduced a new lunch menu, featuring some seasonal dishes and a few favorites that are back by popular demand. These new selections join our extensive lunch menu of soups, salads, and sandwiches, plus a variety of Mexican favorites. Carefree Station is open daily for lunch from
11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
New Lunch Dishes:
- Bahn Mi: Classic Vietnamese sandwich with thinly sliced pork, cucumber, daikon, carrots, shaved jalapeno, and Asian spread, on a hoagie roll, served with Asian slaw and herbed potato chips.
- Shepherd's Pie: Thinly sliced roast beef wrapped around Margarite mashed potatoes and cheddar cheese. Served with au jus, green pea puree, and sauteed carrots.
- Buffalo Meatloaf: Lean ground buffalo, onions, garlic, peppers, served with a tomato-mushroom fondue, Station Mac 'n Cheese and seasonal vegetables.
- Turkey Potless Pie: Roasted turkey with peas, carrots, celeries, onions, flavored with white wine in a rich classic cream sauce, topped with crumbled drop biscuits.
- Fish 'n Chips: Fresh salmon rubbed in Sonoran spices, dipped in Dos Equis beer batter and fried golden. Served with housemade potato chips and coleslaw.
- Smokey Chicken Pasta: Mesquite smoked boneless chicken breast, served with linguine in a southwestern Alfredo sauce with a touch of chipotle peppers.
