Volunteer!
AAWS Staff needs regular volunteers to assist with mailings, greeting guests (docent services), and keeping up with daily chores.
Volunteering is a wonderful way to get involved,meet other artists, and help maintain a successful organization for everyone!
Best of all - volunteering is easy! Bring a book or artwork to work on. For school credit or just for fun.

Drawing Circle
Saturdays, 10AM - Noon in the AAWS Gallery. No sign up or fee - just drop by. Open to any artist, all skill levels, who wish to practice drawing.

Reading Work Series
Art Critiques and Idea Sharing
Saturday, April 17, 10:30 AM - Noon
AAWS is offering the chance to come out of your studio and share work with fellow artists. If you're looking for critique, some suggestions, helpful questions or a little sharing of ideas, then come downtown for our new series called Reading Work.
The first gathering of Reading Work takes place from 10:30 until noon on Saturday morning, April 17th. Bring some work or bring your laptop, bring ideas, and, heck, since it's free, bring a friend. Board members and artists Shawn Beard and Diana Greene will be on hand for round one of Reading Work. |
