Member Benefit: Half-Price Yoga Classes

In celebration of supporting vibrant, local food and community now until year end, yoga instructor, Kerry Doyle offers 1/2 - price classes to members of the Monadnock Community Market Co-op.

Class cost is $12 for drop-in or $50/5 classes. For co-op members that's $6/class or $25/5 classes! For Kerry's class schedule and details of class offerings, see Keene on Yoga.  Please contact Kerry in advance to register at kerryandpat@gmail.com or 357-7958.

Monadnock Marketfest at Mole Hill
Sat, November 6, 6pm - 9pm
Mole Hill Theater, Alstead

You are invited to a celebration featuring local music, local food & local fun!  Marketfest features five local bands-The Cold River Ranters, Rise! Bluegrass Fusion, GirlandPiano, Bare Bones, Pat's Famous Chili- and a full night of music, drinks, and food featuring local produce from the Monadnock Region.  Suggested donation is $20, $30 for families, $10 for Co-op Members, and FREE to any who sign up for Co-op Membership at the event.  RSVP at monadnockcommunitymarket@gmail.com.

Co-ops Make the World a Better Place

Cooperatives are born out of community need.  They are founded on the ideals of social responsibility and self-help.  For that reason, it seems most fitting that the seventh of the cooperative principles is "concern for community."  Members of the National Cooperative Business Association-and cooperatives around the world-subscribe to all seven cooperative principles.
