I am pleased to announce essence coaching's affiliation with TorontoJobs.ca, recognized as one of Canada's emerging growth companies in 2009 by Profit Hot 50. This new affiliation will enable both essence coaching and TorontoJobs.ca to provide its customers with complementary services. While essence coaching offers one-on-one career and leadership coaching to high-potential employees and those in transition, TorontoJobs.ca offers recruitment and outplacement services.
What makes this affiliation a dynamic one is that both Marc Belaiche, owner of TorontoJobs.ca, and I have been through our own career transitions. We are both CAs who started out working in industry. Today, we are passionate about running our own business. We understand career planning and transitioning intimately. This is important when it comes to choosing new hires, retaining them, or helping them transition internally or externally.
Over the years, Marc and I remained in contact. With the latest financial crisis, it only made sense for us to join forces and offer our customers a service that spans over the entire employee cycle.
