Youth leadership development is happening at the Herbert H. Carnegie Future Aces Foundation.  200+ students participate in the Future Aces Annual Conference.  And, the man who started all this is Carnegie.  I am deeply moved and inspired by Carnegie's story, a star hockey player whose dream to play in the NHL in the 1950s ended because of the color of his skin, and a distinguished community leader. Carnegie turned his disappointment into positive change.  We can all learn from that.

GenXYZ Leadership Coming Up  
What are you doing to prepare for the leadership vacuum?

In 10 to 15 years the boomers will be retiring and companies are concerned about attracting and retaining talent.  Coming up are the GenXYZers.  The small group of Gen Xers are going to be filling big shoes.  And, leadership coaching/mentoring programs for the GenYZers will become increasingly important.
