Happy Ski Season!

The 2010 ski season is upon us & we are gearing up for helicopter operations to begin in February. We have many great options depending on your time & budget.

Juneau is a short 1 hour 50 minute direct flight from Seattle on Alaska Airlines. Skiers & boarders who are limited on time can take advantage of our full & half day trips.

New for this year we are offering all inclusive packages at the Adlersheim Wilderness Lodge. Choose from weeklong, weekend, & custom trips.

Waterfront Lodge

The Adlersheim Wilderness Lodge is a 9-acre waterfront property with private beaches, docks, cabins, boat launch, & FAA approved helicopter landing pads.

Choose an all inclusive luxury room with private jacuzzi or a rustic bunkhouse style cabin. Enjoy great meals prepared by cooks that specialize in Alaskan cuisine. We offer daily van transports to Eaglecrest Ski Area & the downtown scene.

The beautiful waterfront lodge is minutes by helicopter from our ski terrain in the Chilkat & Coast Mountains. Try fishing for king salmon and dolly varden while watching for marine wildlife during March, April, & May.

Juneau Heliskiing

We have a 1 million acre Forest Service permit & offer half day, full day, weekend, & weeklong trip options.

We ski & snowboard in the Chilkat & Coast Mountains. The two ranges are separated by Lynn Canal and have distinct types of terrain. The Chilkats are world famous for their deep cut river valleys and wide open meadows. The Cost Mountains border the Juneau Icefield & are heavily glaciated. Expect incredible views & backdrops of chutes, trees, glaciers, spines, flutes, ice falls, rock formations, all surrounded by the Inside Passage waterways.

Eaglecrest Ski Area

Juneau's ski area has steep trees & chutes with incredible sidecountry to access.

The new Black Bear Chair was installed this year and offers access into terrain on the east side. Side & backcountry out of bounds options are accessed via short traverses across the ridge. Enjoy views of mountains, glaciers, & waterways.

We offer daily van shuttles from our lodge to the ski area with a two hour stop in town for drinks on the return trip. Our package guests receive complimentary full day passes good for all lifts.
