Introduction
Friends:
Bridges will send a Vision Cast, a Prophetic Plumb
line for 2010 next week.
This is
becoming a yearly occurrence, though we do not ever want to presume that what
God did last year is what He is doing this year, or just send a Vision Cast out
of habit. God forbid.
The Vision Cast for 2010 will express things that
the Lord is doing, what we feel is the time or season we are in and moving
into. It may contain some Predictive
Prophecy.
That is Not the Purpose of this Word you are
reading today.
The Purpose of "Non-Negotiables
for 2010" is to express the Elements
of Christian Character and Focus-of Heart that the Lord desires for us in
proceeding forward.
It
has become very apparent to us that God is infinitely more concerned with WHO
WE ARE than WHAT WE DO.
I look at this as He is sharing His Vision of the
Vessels we are to BE in order to carry out any of His Directives for 2010 and
beyond. Constantly I hear in my Spirit, "Be vessels that
can hold My Glory and My Anointing."
"Be clouds that hold water---then water the earth." Personally, I have every confidence that the Lord
has already supplied the Grace and Provision for all of us to Become More Like
Him. That is beautiful! In preparing the Non-Negotiables for 2010 we were led of the Lord to invite several
friend-ministries to hear and express those prerogatives of the Lord. So, you will hear from: Junior deSouza of JDM Ministries Jerry

PAY
SPECIAL ATTENTION to the Parallels, Convergences, and Echoes of the words received
by the four ministries!
These Points of Convergence are the coming together
of streams of the prophetic. This is a multi-dimensional word through which it
is my humble desire to connect Heaven and Earth. It is an honor to participate in a 1 Corinthians 14
Prophetic Word. "And the spirits
of the prophets are subject to the prophets." 1
Corinthians 14:32 God Bless you as you read and pray through this

Non-Negotiable for the Church in 2010:
BALANCE!
Junior deSouza
Of all the gloriously neat things
God will be doing in 2010, on the top of His burden list is accomplishingbalance in His people. All who walk consistently with the Lord this
year will see significant symmetry coming to out-of-balance areas of their
life. Is this non-negotiable? Absolutely. Living and behaving in extremes has
injured us in serious ways till now. For many, the bleeding will stop this
year.
Balance
Balance is the equal distribution of
weight, with no one part or side being too pronounced or too deficient. Balance
is so crucial that God designed the human body with two balancing sides as an
illustration: two sides of the brain, two eyes, two ears, two nostrils, two
lungs, two hands, two arms, two legs, two feet, etc. He designed romance and
reproduction also as an illustration: male and female. And ministry: Jesus sent
out the evangelists two by two. And biblical truth: the Old Testament and the
New Testament. And direction: up and down, left and right. And human beings:
inner man and outer man. And God Himself: unique, yet relational, holy, yet
merciful. When we live and behave in extremes, we defy one of the fundamental
realities of the Creator-balance. Ecclesiastes 7:18 (NIV): It is good to grasp the one and not let go of the other. The man who
fears God will avoid all extremes.
Become Balanced! Here are a few key
ways I've noticed the Spirit intensifying to Balance out His People:
Being
Spirit-filled and truth-based: simultaneously-not charismaniac, nor
legalistically orthodox Being
emotional and intelligent : simultaneously-not unstable, nor unfeeling
Being
eaters for pleasure and eaters for health: simultaneously-not gluttonous,
nor deprivational.
Being
true to our gender and apt in both gender traits
simultaneously-not hypermasculine,
nor hyperfeminine
Being
merciful and discerning simultaneously-not pushovers, nor suspicious. Being
honest and compassionate simultaneously-not harsh, nor appeasing.
Being
generous and prudent simultaneously-not loose, nor stingy. Being
prosperity-minded and modest simultaneously-not materialistic, nor
impoverished.
Though
the Spirit will be doing much more than just these, this is where I have seen
Him especially at work as we move into 2010.
We can no longer negotiate with
our extremes...become balanced!
Kelly's Note of "Amen" In this word, Junior paints a beautiful parabolic picture of the Multi-Dimensional Reality of our lives in Christ Jesus: In the seeming paradox of God calling us to Balance and to Simultaneous, Paradoxical Character traits and modes of living, Junior depicts a Holy Spirit-inspired call to come up into the Higher Reality of Life in Christ---and one that is only accomplished supernaturally!

Our Passion for Jesus
This will begin to activate people and ministries
that are already on the move, those willing to be thrust into deeper realms
In Him and into the harvest fields.
This will motivate people to maturity.
This is the Power to minister the Glory to persons, places, and
communities of believers.
This Thrust will make a profound impact in
defeating evil and sin in 2010.
Let God's People Arise and His Enemies Be
Scattered---NOW!
Resurrection
of Divine Dream and Vision
The Jesus-provision of the Elijah Task of Malachi
4:5-6 will Restore and Realize the Fullness of the Testimony of Jesus in Lives
and Ministries.
This dynamic, the spirit of Elijah will bring us
into becoming One New Man in Christ Jesus.
"Behold,
I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful
day of the LORD:
And
he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the
children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse."
Malachi 4:5-6

Non-Negotiable for 2010:
CONVERGENCE to Christ and One Another
 "In the midst of our
preferences and expressions, it ultimately comes down to His Love. His love for
us, and His love we are to be to each other, and in reconciling the world back
to their Father."
As the Father sent Jesus, so Jesus has sent us.
Father's love is beyond human description. His love is not expressed because of
what is in us, or by anything we could ever do. His love encompasses who He is
is, and extends to us by the nature of who He is. He loves us because of the
fact that He is love. He sent His son to die for the unlovely, and the
undeserved. How can we describe such wondrous love?
Exodus 34:5-7 gives a great picture of the nature of God:
"Now the LORD descended in the cloud and stood with him there, and proclaimed
the name of the LORD. And the LORD passed before him and proclaimed, "The
LORD, the LORD God, merciful and gracious, long suffering, and abounding in goodness
and truth, keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression
and sin, by no means clearing the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers
upon the children and the children's children to the third and the fourth
generation."
Let's take a look at the Nature of the Father in this passage:
¬ MERCIFUL and GRACIOUS: Merciful could be translated, "full of
compassion." In five of the 13 times it is used, this word is translated
full of compassion in the NKJV. This is the first place in the Bible where this
Hebrew word rachuwm is used.
¬ The same word was also used regarding Israel and the Exodus in Psalms 78:38:
But He, being full of compassion, forgave their iniquity, and did not destroy
them. Yes, many a time He turned His anger away, and did not stir up all His
wrath. This is compassion in action.
¬ The word translated GRACIOUS comes from the idea "to bend or stoop in
kindness to an inferior; to favor, or to bestow." It is grace, giving to
the undeserving.
¬ GRACE is still the greatest word I know in representing the undeserved, and
free gift of the Love of God."
¬LONG SUFFERING, and ABOUNDING in GOODNESS and TRUTH: The idea behind the word
long suffering means that God is slow to anger. He doesn't have a short fuse and
is patient with us.
¬ We all know what it is like to deal with people who have a short fuse - the
slightest offense, the slightest perceived wrong, and they are up in arms about
it. God isn't like that. He is long suffering.
¬ABOUNDING,GREAT GLORY of GOD: Not merely adequate, but abounding is this great God of glory. He has barns
and silos full of love and faithfulness; he is stacking it in the streets
looking for a distribution system." (Erwin)
¬ MERCY :Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin:
God's goodness is shown concretely towards us in His forgiving character.
¬ Iniquity and transgression and sin are all mentioned so no one would think
there was some type of sin , or sin nature, God was unable to forgive.
¬ This Revelation of the Character of God to Moses forever puts away the idea
there is a "bad" God of the Old Testament, and a "good" God
of the New Testament. God's character of love and mercy and grace is just as
present in the Old Testament as in the New Testament.
¬ Psalm 86:15 repeats this exact same revelation of God: But You, O Lord, are a
God full of compassion, and gracious, long suffering and abundant in mercy and
truth.
¬ His loving, gracious, and giving character do not "cancel out" His
righteousness. Nations and generations have paid the price for rejecting His
Goodness and His Governement. Because of the work of Jesus, the righteousness
of God is satisfied and the grace and mercy of God are righteously given.
As we continue on this path towards bringing His Kingdom, His Love, and His Influence and Nature to the world, we not only have the Word of God to give us
the standards of His ways, but we now have His Spirit within us to empower us
walk in His Divine standards. We now are carriers of His presence wherever we
go, and in every context of life.
We must take the high road, His Agape road to
get there.

UNITY of SPIRIT
to Precede Unity of PURPOSE
Once
we rest in the One Spirit-One Body-One Baptism Reality of being IN CHRIST JESUS
as our personal and corporate Reality--- The Unity of Purpose and Being in One
Accord of the Book of Acts will instantaneously align!
To Achieve LOVE
is a Far Aspiration than is Achieving Results
Intended
results and goals can become off balance and skewed.
Intending
to LOVE like Jesus---that is always in alignment.
Uniqueness Will
Make US Stronger, Debating Differences will Divide and Weaken
We
must embrace the abundant and creative nature of God and appreciate our unique
strengths and giftings.
As
soldiers of the Cross, we must entirely eliminate 'friendly fire' over
non-eternal doctrinal differences.
Non-Negotiable for 2010
JESUS! All of You!
GREATER
REVELATION of JESUS
We are to contend for and cry out for a greater
Revelation of Jesus this year. This is
far and away a higher call than seeking information about things; we must seek
His face, His heart, and His Nature and by Grace appropriate them
* One particular way in which we must desire this
Greater Revelation of Jesus is in our Prophetic meetings, utterances,
writings. Imperative beginning now is
that we put forth nothing less than the Testimony of Jesus Christ!
* Also imperative is the establishment of words by
several prophetic persons or prophetic streams.
This is an issue of our integrity.
Love
to the Death
This is the precise verbiage the Lord spoke to me
with regard to LOVE.
I can't pretend to have fully apprehended this, but
I do know that what we are being called to is a fiery Love for Him and the same
for one another.
I believe there is something sacrificial and
self-denying in that.
I hear in my spirit, "...and Love not their
lives unto the death." I discern
that it is indeed time for that.
BROKENNESS
Broken and pliable for God in order to carry His
heart and his burden.
Broken like a fine horse under submission to the
rider.
Broken and a part of the Fellowship of His
Sufferings.
"That I
may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his
sufferings, being made conformable unto his death." Philippians 3:10
Broken before Him in order to apprehend that for
which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus.
Greater
Intimacy
In my spirit I hear Him saying, "Forsake
something."
I discern that this is an invitation to throw
non-eternal stuff onto the fire so that our hearts burn with more and more
passion for Him.
I hear Him saying, "Three's a
crowd." That third element that we
may be bringing to His Presence must be excluded this year.
This may be distraction, being overly rational,
self-doubt, busy-ness...add your thing here.
Spirit
Realm Reality
Jesus Christ is REALITY for His People. Paul said it best: ..."it is in Him we live and move and
have our beings..." Acts 17:28
Jesus Christ IS the Highest Reality, the
supernatural, metaphysical construct for our existence! The physical realm is a shadowland.
May
2010 be the year that the entire Bride and Body of Jesus Christ appropriate
this Highest Reality. (PARABOLA
Experiencing Jesus Christ As Reality available at AMAZON.)
GREATER
INTEGRITY
That
sounds like a call for greater Christ-character...and it is. It is also a call to INTEGRATE all components
of self into Jesus our Reality.
This
is the Time and Season in which we must 'pull
ourselves together' and consistently be the same person in any given
setting or company. Double-mindedness
and situation-driven living are over.
Greater,
More Abundant Fruit... Greater GLORY and even Greater Works
Seems
that these are Convergent; There is a Fusion of These!
As
our lives, hearts and spirits are deeply and inseparably integrated INTO
HIM (Acts 17:28), FRUIT and Greater
Works will flow from us into the Earth---and may the Entire Earth Behold His
Glory as the Waters Cover the Seas. you
and I are those waters.
There
will be Greater Yield to all of our efforts, finances, ministry, and prophecy.
We
are the manifestation of the sons and daughters of God to answer the cries and
groans of all creation.
"For in
him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets
have said, For we are also his offspring." Acts 17:28
"Verily,
verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he
do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my
Father." John 14:12
"For the
earnest expectation of creation waits for the manifestation of the sons of
God." Romans 8:19
"For the
earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters
cover the sea." Habakkuk 2:14
HUMBLE, HUNGRY,
TEACHABLE
I
believe this is very much what submission to God and one another looks like
moving forward.
