Community Relations Advisory Board for Youth Development
Submission Deadline: April 16, 2010

The Common Council of the City of Poughkeepsie is dedicated to providing quality youth programs in the City in order to promote the health, welfare, and well-being of our most vulnerable residents.  The City has sought to encourage a channel of open and meaningful communication between the City and those in the community.  The Common Council has, therefore, created a Community Relations Advisory Board for Youth Development to be comprised of seven members including a member of the school board, a religious leader, a minimum of two youths who reside in the City, a council member, and a community leader.

The Common Council is responsible for appointing three members of this board and are seeking letters of interest to join this board.  If you are interested, please submit your information including a letter of interest, a resume (if applicable), and any other relevant information to the City Chamberlain, Deanne Flynn, 62 Civic Center Plaza, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601 by April 16, 2010.
