Greetings!
Several people have asked me what happened to the weekend sessions we previously offered. This past June I decided to take the workouts outside, to make the workouts more team oriented, and FUN! This summer we have been on several white water rafting trips (there is one more planned for 3rd weekend of Sept), organized bike rides, Music in the Park, Bocce ball, bowling, BBQ's, hosted UFC fight night, and more!
Okay, some of those don't really sound like workouts, but my point is we've created quite a community here at CFC/MW & I appreciate the camaraderie and friendships that have resulted from us working & playing hard together. I'm open to new ideas to implement in the future, please share them with me.
When the California weather stops spoiling us I'll bring the Saturday sessions back inside.

I have a client looking to sell some GREAT seats at face value!
Sec 106, Row 11, Seats
3-6 (Club Seats). At the end where Sharks shoot twice. Person (or
persons) buys one share. One share equals 2 seats to 22 games.
Games are picked in a draw of 2 seats per round, so you could have 4 seats
to some games if desired. Includes parking pass for most games.
Cost is $4600.00.
I would consider selling two half shares.
