Greetings!
I believe the art of training comes not only from
'knowing your stuff', but also from listening to your clients' wants
and needs. That way, you can give the client both what they want and
mix in things you know they need. Communication is everything.
My passion is educating my clients. I see my goal
as raising awareness of the many ways each of us can take charge of our
lives through health and fitness. I want to challenge my clients to
reach goals they did not think were achievable.
