This is how Jane Jacobs describes commercial behaviour in its strongest form. She outlined this view of commerce in Systems of Survival.
These behaviours are deeply rooted in human history and are practiced by millions every day. Being honest and optimistic ourselves, it is our opinion that the appreciation of these ways of being are exactly how we, as a species, will bring our daily work into synergy with what is best for human society and global health.
