Southlake Introduces Strengths-based Storytelling 

Stories to recognize health centre's champions providing 'shockingly excellent' service

Southlake Regional Health Centre has introduced a six-month storytelling pilot, provided by Axiom News, with the goal of scaling up its recognition of its staff members who provide "shockingly excellent" service.

Having served the Newmarket, Ontario region for more than 80 years, the hospital has recently undergone a major transformation, both inside and out, and surveys now show it stands apart as both a place to work and receive treatment.

 

Providing "shockingly excellent" service is its overarching vision, with four core values opening the way towards that vision.
