Successes from Sharing Stories in Organizations
This week I was happily surprised to see some comments I made in a LinkedIn Reinvention Summit group quoted in Kathy Hansen's A Storied Career Blog.

In her entry entitled How Effective Is Storytelling in Organizations? Here's Evidence, Kathy outlines the work and research of those involved in story work and shares some great insights.

What We're Working On

Innovation a Hot Topic
We're currently working on or planning a Topic of Inquiry story series for three of our client groups - OMNI Health Care, the Ontario Long Term Care Association and the Ontario Alliance of Christian Schools.

Some of the things we hope to see happen through these stories are sharing best innovation successes that others within the sector may pick up, generate energy and focus around innovation and highlight the leadership happening within these organizations.

Consider having an innovation story series on your site. Asking questions can in itself spark new ideas, leading to innovative solutions.
