Leading Beyond Our Walls: To the Next Frontier
When Jeri Darling makes the case that broad-based, strengths-based collaboration have enormous potential to surface the best responses to global questions she strikes a deeply resonating chord.
 
She goes as far to say that single organizations are becoming outmoded as a vehicle for creating massive change. The thought isn't to discount the power of individual organizations. Yet, two horses can pull four times what one can. It's still a team of horses. By collaborating, and more importantly co-creating, we can exponentially increase our impact.
 
When speaking with us, Darling posed a few organizing principles to get us started: broad-based, a little structure, a lot of space, a broad based diversity of participants, and a common interest or question. Read More

British Columbia should be praised for being the first Canadian province to begin a consultation process on the development of Community Interest Companies (CICs).
