MONDAY OCTOBER 18, 2010                             ENGAGING MOVEMENTS EDITION
Black Line

Just a few weeks ago you will have met Michelle Strutzenberger at the AI Storython. We've put together this e-news to connect you to some of the stories we've done, or plan to do, on the work people connected to the event are doing to make a difference.

To do our part we share daily stories like the ones in this e-news to discover strengths and movements likely to shape the future. Ten per cent of Axiom's top line revenue goes to sharing and circulating such news.

Check out the stories below, repost, reprint as you wish. If you have similar stories to share let us know and we'll get them in the mill. We'll continue to send this short e-mail once a week. If you would rather not receive this e-mail, there is an easy to use unsubscribe at the bottom of the page - we're cool with that too.

While the energy and excitement during such events is high, there is formidable work to be done to create and sustain follow-through action. Goals imagined by a diverse range of people from different locations and organizations can leave us unsure about next steps.

Contributing to this change forms much of our content direction, that being, the development of strength-based organizations. Axiom News acts on the belief that the organizations we all work for are the best vehicle to create large-scale positive change.

David Cooperrider, a keynote speaker at the event, defines strength-based organizations as explicitly designed and managed for the elevation of strengths, the combination and magnification of strengths, and ultimately, the amplified refraction of our highest human strengths outward into the world.
