BLJC News Program Providing Culture Insights
President says stories are 'tremendously useful'
Gordon Hicks, president of Brookfield LePage Johnson Controls (BLJC), says the most exciting aspect of his organization's news program has been an increased visibility and awareness of the great things going on across the company as well as having an insight into how the culture is evolving.

The stories heighten awareness of what's happening throughout BLJC that wasn't visible before implementing the program, says Hicks.

"What's most exciting is the fact that we now have visibility in the different parts of the organization and different levels of the organization that otherwise we didn't have before," he says. Read More
