The Third Canadian Conference on Social Enterprise
Delegates from across the country gathered in Toronto Nov.18 to 20 for the third annual Canadian Conference on Social Enterprise.

The event featured training sessions on the different stages of social enterprise development, a growing sector, and exploring the development of a national policy agenda.
 
Hear from former Canadian prime minister Paul Martin, a keynote speaker, on how legislation needs to change in order to enable the development of more social entreprises.

Liam Black, author and one of U.K. Prime Minister Gordon Brown's first Social Ambassadors, presented on his latest venture, a company that is connecting people who are working to develop better ways of doing business.
