WHAT WE'RE WORKING ON
Positive Psychology & Co-ops
As the strengths revolution continues to bring new approaches to light, positive psychology expert Barbara Fredrickson shares how positive emotions can help solve some of the world's problems.

Fredrickson has found positive emotions - such as interest, hope, inspiration and awe - unlocks compassion and promotes creative, holistic and integrative thinking.

Also read a story with thought leader David Cooperrider, sharing how positive institutions build settings that can lead to human flourishing and play an active role in bringing human strengths into the world.

Over the past several months we've written about ESOPs, sharing employee ownership stories. We're now exploring the co-op movement and the strengths it brings to society. Read our first story in this series talking with Paul Hazen, president and CEO of the National Co-operative Business Association.
