Democracy at work takes the spotlight
WorldBlu's List of Most Democratic Workplaces was released April 14 with 40 organizations winning a spot on the list for their commitment to democratic principles.
 
Winning companies have completed a survey evaluating the organization's practice of 10 democratic principles on an individual, systems and processes level.
