Gen Y Looks To Do Good Through Work
There are vast waves of the best and brightest young people who want to be social entrepreneurs, to find meaning and purpose in work and still make money doing it.
 
Thought leader Michael Strong says these young people are also committed to conscious capitalism, which includes a deeper purpose and stakeholder model.
 
We've also talked to James Tansey, director of the new Centre for Sustainability and Social Innovation at UBC's business school, who says students are looking to move into the social enterprise sector and business leaders are interested to learn how to change thier corporations.
 
In other news, employee ownership is being explored as a new model to save community newspapers.
