WHAT WE'RE WORKING ON
Employee Ownership & Strengths-based Leadership
The two discovery themes shaping our coverage right now are Employee Share Ownership Plans (ESOPs) and strength-
based leadership.

Both themes are important discovery areas when it comes to building better organizations.

Their great utility is in facilitating ownership succession from founding owners of businesses to employees and providing a vehicle for employees to invest in their personal futures by way of the business in which they work.

If retirement planning is important to employees there are only a handful of options for seeing to it. Rather than investing all of your retirement plans in that wildly dynamic economic system in which we can all, directly or indirectly, buy shares in companies over which we cannot possibly have any control, an ESOP presents a nice alternative.

ESOPs are an intimate, local investment you can get your arms around and know the people responsible for the success of the enterprise, and directly influence through your own performance, the success of the ESOP. Read More
