Strengths at Work, Strengths at School Jenifer Fox, author of Your Child's Strengths, shared with us a seminal experience in her walk towards a strengths-based life. A teacher, she experienced a principal who focussed on strengths. She kept waiting for him to tell her what to improve, what was lacking, what was wrong, but it never came. He kept focussing on strengths, and instructed her to do the same.
Now, Jenifer Fox is a leading proponent of strengths-based education. And she is calling on adults to lead the movement.
Her story tells us so much about what we have to get done, how it gets done, and where.
