Axiom team members engaged in a lively conversation in the newsroom during our first open space meeting about developing generative journalism question sets, as we shared experiences on the power of the interview question "what are you most excited about?"
Camille said after asking "what are you most excited about" you can hear the person's tone change when answering the question. There is more energy and optimism in the response, she said. Read More |
